What makes our advisors busy?

  • They analyse clients’ purchase capacity through a validated patrimonial study
  • They guide clients in their strategic choices concerning personal funds, amortisation, rates, pension funds, and tax questions
  • They identify the best financing option for the client from a wide range of solutions offered by the lenders from our network
  • They assist clients through each stage of their financing project
  • They identify a further potential of a mortgage case by spotting additional insurance solutions
  • They build relations with new partners and maintain relationships with the existing ones
  • They set up and follow up financing solutions for real estate development projects (specific loans, support on commercialization to delivery)
  • They collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments
  • They contribute to constant improvement of our own customer relationship management tools and processes

Your role

  • Interact with our mortgage teams and support them in the client advisory process by identifying opportunities of financing optimisation
  • Conduct and explain analysis of insurance solutions in financing planning
  • Suggest solutions of costs spreading in accordance with the client’s needs and objectives
  • Suggest solutions of retirement planning

Main tasks and responsibilities :

Building and deploying the premium credit offering, including for instance :

  • Direct relationship with (U)HNWI customers to help them find mortgage loan solutions
  • Asset Protection : Indirect relationship with (U)HNWI Clients managed by EAM, Family Office or Private Bank
  • Structured Debt : Direct relationship with (U)HNWI Clients and Real Estate Professionals for bridge loan financing or Mezzanine Loan needs in the form of Bonds, Private Loan and/or equity.
  • Real Estate Investors: Direct relationship with real estate investors to meet their financing needs related to real estate investment portfolios. Acquisition financing, refinancing/capital raising.
