Resolve announces the entry of CAFPI group in its capital

The Swiss mortgage-tech company has reached a new milestone by closing its latest funding round with CAFPI, the leading French mortgage broker.

This transaction was also an opportunity for Resolve's employees who wanted to invest in the company. More than half of them participated, reinforcing the importance of a very strong collective to develop Resolve's model.

This fundraising from CAFPI - acquired in July 2021 by BlackFin Capital Partners, the leading European investor in the financial services sector - will allow the company to pursue its rollout plan across Switzerland and to continue investing in its digital platform, an essential tool to assist advisors in their mission. Resolve was founded in 2018 to make the experience of obtaining a mortgage easier, more transparent and faster, thanks to the power of its digital platform combined with the expertise of its advisors.

The fast-growing fintech will also be able to benefit from the experience of the leading French mortgage brokerage firm and the expertise of its network of contractor-brokers.

Through this investment, CAFPI reaffirms its desire to accelerate its development both in terms of organic growth and external growth. This strategic investment will allow both CAFPI and Resolve to accelerate their respective development by sharing their know-how for the benefit of European borrowers.

We are very pleased to welcome CAFPI to our shareholder base. Helping our clients make the best possible decisions with their money is a promising strategy. We are only at the beginning and should not stop halfway. Having the chance to benefit from CAFPI's experience, which has contributed to the development of the French financing market with more than 1,100 agents, as well as the experience of its shareholder Blackfin Capital Partners, is a unique competitive advantage. Together we can achieve great things.
– Romain Dequesne, CEO of Resolve
We are very excited to partner with Resolve's executive team to write the next page in the history of this ambitious fintech. This investment marks a new stage in CAFPI's development and the beginning of the implementation of our external growth strategy. We are ready to anticipate and accompany the consolidation of the real estate and insurance brokerage sector in France and internationally.
– Olivier Lendrevie, President of CAFPI
